Before Christmas 2023 I went to Hövel without an appointment and wanted to get a new men's outfit. We looked around on the ground floor and an employee came to us in a friendly manner and things got structured. It was Mr. Robert Jedrzejczyk, I was old, he was young, would that fit? One look and he immediately told me the correct trouser size. Combined with my ideas, he chose 3 models, all of which were really great. I bought 2 of them, a matching shirt and a sweater, and everything was complete. Robert is very professional, has an understanding and feeling for fashion. At no time did I get the impression that he wanted to force anything on me. Great, had a cheerful small talk during the fitting, which enriched the purchase for my wife and me. Spring is just around the corner and I will go shopping at Hövel again. In 2021, my son and I each bought a suit, shoes, etc. there for the "son's wedding". Excellent, informal advice in a relaxed atmosphere. If you want to go shopping for men in a quiet atmosphere, you can't avoid Hövel in Kerpen. Then see you soon...............

It used to be my favorite fashion house. I have always received good advice here in the past. Unfortunately, this could not really be confirmed on my last visits. The fashion house is very well structured, but the advice is completely out of date. I wanted to buy a formal outfit that was also contemporary and modern, but the salesperson didn't listen to me at all. He offered me things that were far from modern and contemporary. He also didn't notice that we were getting angry because he didn't even respond when we showed him what we were looking for. Shopping is no fun!
